Our teams

We build bespoke teams to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Here’s how we go about building the right combination of skills and experience to deliver your outcomes.

1. Understand the challenge

We’ll meet to discuss the challenge you’re grappling with. We will actively listen, and interrogate the problem thoroughly to ensure that we understand the issues.

2. Plan the response

Our next step is to figure out what’s needed to address the issues – our ‘Statement of Works’. We’ll build out, in collaboration with the client, what is needed in delivering activity across the project. We’ll also build in time for meaningful engagement with project owners and beneficiaries.

3. Build the team

We’ll use our extensive network of contacts to build a bespoke team of highly experienced consultants. You name it, we can find the skill-set.

Our geographically dispersed network means that we select from the very best expertise, and from rural and urban areas across Wales. We can provide Welsh language project management and delivery as standard.

4. Project delivery

Our team will deliver your requirements in time, in budget and with clear, open channels of communication.

You will have a named Partner as contact for your project. We commit to delivering outstanding outcomes for you and your stakeholders.

5. Review and report

We build in Quality Assurance at project inception, regularly reviewing progress and adapting activity to account for changing circumstance and risk.

We report regularly, giving you oversight of current activity. Our systems allow you to view activity on project deliverables in real time.
