The CRF project required qualitative and quantitative evidence to support conclusions about whether the project had been delivered to the standard expected by the CRF process.
Afallen moved rapidly to organise three sets of interviews with staff, stakeholders and beneficiaries, and used the quantitative project delivery evidence to demonstrate where the project had been successful in aggregate, and also to highlight areas of over and under-performance.
This approach enabled us to make a number of evidence-based recommendations for future project delivery.
“The CAE commissioned Afallen to undertake an independent evaluation of our CRF project. Dave and the team set out a detailed plan from the onset and showed a great understanding of the expectations both from the funder and ourselves which made engagement really easy. What I found most useful was their communication at every stage of the data gathering and their prompt replies. This gave us peace of mind knowing the project would be delivered on time and of a high standard – which it was! I would recommend Afallen to anyone as they are truly excellent in the services they provide.”Kim Mamhende – Business Development Manager
