Introduction
The CEA needed to procure a competent external evaluator for their Community Renewal Fund project. We were able to produce a comprehensive evaluation under very tight timescales.
The brief
The CRF project required qualitative and quantitative evidence to support conclusions about whether the project had been delivered to the standard expected by the CRF process.
The solution
Afallen moved rapidly to organise three sets of interviews with staff, stakeholders and beneficiaries, and used the quantitative project delivery evidence to demonstrate where the project had been successful in aggregate, and also to highlight areas of over and under-performance.
This approach enabled us to make a number of evidence-based recommendations for future project delivery.
